Omisego is the blockchain project created by Omise, a Thailand based payment processor focusing on the south-east Asia region, including Japan, Indonesia, and Singapore. OMG aims to further the capabilities of its parent company as a payment processor, decentralized exchange, liquidity provider, to the point where a user can have access to financial services without even having a bank account.
Different sources state that as of 2017 the unbanked in the region were around 250 million people. Any amount of market penetration in such a large segment of the population would turn Omisego investment into a goldmine, and that's not even the only part of the income possibilities on this one.
OMG is easily accessible through many exchanges including the top four. Storage isn't a problem either as it is (as of the time of writing) an ERC20 token, so desktop, mobile and paper wallets are available. If you want to buy Omisego tokens and store them yourself rather than keeping them in your preferred exchange, you are pretty much covered.
Another interesting possibility appears with your OMG tokens: staking. The POS model allows for income from your tokens in exchange for help validating transactions through depositing your tokens in specialized staking wallets. A possibility worth taking into account once Casper (the technology behind the implementation) is live.
