Digital advertising has thrived exuberantly with the internet era and created economic opportunities for those in the ad industry. Sadly, advertisers are forced to pay for bad services unwittingly which is as a result of the use of bot traffic. This is because it is favorably convenient for those down the link of the advertisement service chain.
The team attempts to solve this problem by introducing a sort of registry that contains a whitelist of publishers that have been verified by members of the ADT token holders. The adChain Registry was built on the Ethereum blockchain. What this means is that through the platform, advertisers can access a wide array of trusted publishing parties that have a decentralized rating.
The platform’s objective is to prevent further fraudulent practices by ad networks and service providers. The adToken investment started out as a collaborative effort of some major players in the industry and have come together to end the scourge of unfair treatment to advertisers.
Two exchanges are currently trading this asset. Unfortunately, you can only buy adToken using BTC or KRW. These exchanges are not so hard to access and are fairly commonly used to list tokens. As at the time of writing, not much trading volume is observed, however, KRW seemed to have more trading volume on one of the exchanges.
To buy ADT using fiat is a two-step process, without which it would be impossible. You can either buy BTC or KRW from any exchange where credit card or other fiat gateway is accepted. The next step requires that you transfer the new coin you’ve bought to any of the exchange where the ADT token is being listed. Ethereum wallet or a compatible hardware wallet can be used for storage for now. Most likely when the mainnet has been launched, there will be a custom wallet for the platform.
